On Site Service Plan

If you have limited campus technical support and need help maintaining and troubleshooting your classroom technology, Logical Choice’s expertise can provide the solution you need.

What a Logical Choice Service Team can provide:

The Service team can be contracted for services as needed by the hour, or blocks of time time can be purchased in advance. Purchasing a Block-time Service Plan before technical issues arise allows you to reduce the downtime that occurs while waiting for purchase orders to be prepared and processed. Block-Time Service Plans are available in blocks of 10 or 100 hours.

Example of how a 100-hour plan can work for you:

During a 9-month school year, schedule one 8-hour day per month for regular on-site maintenance. 28 hours then remain during the year for our team to provide the on-site assistance you need for any unexpected repairs, upgrades, troubleshooting, etc.
