I want to announce that we have a new addition to our Human Resources Department (we have started referring to it as Great People). If you follow me on LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter, you probably know that we have been trying to find the right person for some time now. This can be difficult for any company, but ours is a special case. Our unique company culture and our strong sense of community would be in jeopardy if we were not careful about who we add to our team. Dynamic and diverse, everyone in our organization brings his or her best everyday.

A tour of our Head Quarters in Lawrenceville, GA would quickly reveal pieces of our collective personality. The walls of the office are painted in vibrant colors. We work together in wide open spaces but also have large conference rooms and a .TV studio. There is a broadsword in our CEO’s office (think Braveheart) and nerf guns throughout the building.

What you won’t see right away, but, probably the reason you may have been attracted to this company in the first place is the amount of talent and creativity that is housed within these walls. This environment facilitates extremely high productivity and ingenuity which is why we work so hard to defend and nurture our community. Every applicant for every open position we post, must complete a series of tests designed to assess skill level and motivations before they are considered for the job. This helps us find the right talent and also helps our leadership team understand the best method to develop each individual.
